I cannot say enough good things about the folks at Alarca. Ros and Nguyen were the ladies I had the most interaction with and both were just a joy to deal with. In an age where good customer service is rare, this company came through in all areas. Maintenance issues were few, but they were always recorded and addressed in a timely manner. Calls and emails were always promptly returned and the communication overall has been excellent. After leasing one of their properties for about 18 months, I recently moved into my own home and even the move out process went smoothly. Side note: I worked in apartment leasing for 10 years. I had no prior experience with this company, but would love to see more management companies operate on this level.

I love Alarca. They charge a lot of move in, monthly, and move out fees but the rent was reasonable and for the most part, worth it. The property I stay is one of the nicest apartments I rented in my lifetime. I recommend them.
