I am really pleased with Bottom Line Property Management. I worked with Darrell and he was very professional. Met me on time, communication was on point, and even assisted me with some requests. Yessi made signing my lease and going over details a breeze. I really appreciate the patience as I was traveling while a few items were pending. I can’t say enough how nice it was working with these two. They made what could of been a stressful time very easy. Thank you again!!!!!

First off I would like to think God Almighty for putting *****Mrs. Yessenia in my pathway!!!! Bottom Line Realty Company needs to give this Young Lady an "OSCAR AWARD" for her services not only did she help me in finding my new home but she stayed by my side every step of the way from start to finish until the day I moved in and even after that!!!! This Company by far is Professional and Quick with response time and they definitely delivers!! I would highly suggest that everyone avoid renting properties from this company. I was recently switched over to them after renting from a private landlord for over two years. When I was switched over, the previous property manager did not inform me that I needed to switch the auto-pay for my rent to a different platform (I had no idea who the new property manager was...until). BottomLine immediately charged a $60 late fee to my account and threatened me with eviction via email, all before I even had access to the new website. So you don't bother to send any welcome email, but they WILL send an Eviction notice and collect a late fee. They have added $200 in fees alone to my monthly rent. These fees DO NOT go to the actual property owner. Bottom Line pockets all this. They have THE MOST fees, just random fees that they enforce to profit off renters. Lets not even get into the terrible customer service on the phone, maintenance and overall laziness of this company's employees. And now, the most recent situation...I received a new lease agreement from them right before thanksgiving which included the amount of my new monthly rent. Would you believe they have increased that amount by $140 in just the last 3 weeks. I'm having the hardest time understanding WHY THEY WOULD DO THAT. My new monthly rent went from $1330 to $1479....with no explanation, no warning that it might increase if I didn't sign my lease within any specific amount of time. I would never, ever recommend any of my friends or family not even a stranger to rent from Bottom Line. They are doing the absolute most to profit off not only customers, but the actual owners as well. OWNERS --- DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IF YOU WISH TO RETAIN ALL PROFITS AND RESIDENTS. So I'm unfortunately locked into a 12 month lease, after having the absolute worst experience with this company in just the last 4 months and I'm sick. I will be purchasing my own home within this time and warning everyone against BottomLine Property Management. Look at the 1 star reviews and how they are responding to customers...people that are having or have had a legitimate experience with this company and that will tell you all you need to know. Then, look at the reviews the hand selected to publish on their website to understand what they are promoting to the public as legitimate versus the reality that they are a terrible company to consider renting a home from.
I didn’t get a call or email until after my review !!! Please just admit that there was a lack of communication you didn’t run my application because I have screen shots from 2 other people I’ve been emailing. I don’t have anything to take up with my credit because there is nothing on there a for what I was advised . I have several of screen shots but it’s not worth the time its unprofessional and no one wants to take accountability!! Waste of time and money! The only time I got a call back besides form the wonderful rep Sheena who tried to help was because my husband wrote a review and Instead of calling about my application it was more focus on the review I left and when I mentioned my application I was told I had been evicted twice and only stayed on one apartment my whole life and never been evicted when I asked for the report I was told I would get a call back that was at 9am yesterday I put on my application back in august.
