Brady & Kosofsky handled my recent real estate closing. Carla, the closing manger, was courteous and responsive, replying to my emails the same day and usually within the hour. She kept me informed at every step. I would recommend the firm based on my recent experience.

The worst closing attorney I have had the displeasure of dealing with.
As I read these negative comments I couldn't agree more with all of them and thru my experience I belive them all.
They were unorganized, couldn't verify things at closing that should be clear, they wanted my client to pay the 6% tax mil (client is a retired disabled veteran), they didn't contact the lender facilitate using the digital signings front that morning, told us to leave gave client no keys told them they'd have to come back 20 min after we left called them to physically sign all the docusign from the lender, still didn't give them the key, didn't disperse for 2 day holding everyone up from moving in and getting paid.

**Heed this warning! AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS BEFORE YOU START!!!**
We closed on the sale of our home. Literally driving in the moving van with all our belongings when I received a phone call (days after closing) informing me that they screwed up and had to re-close on the property.
We needed the sale of our home to close on our new home. With everything in tow heading to our closing and they had to re-close. We were officially homeless. All anyone could say is they were sorry and they understand. There was no offer to help even though they fully admitted to screwing up.
I was told that we could keep things moving if I paid for their $3200 mistake or re-close. Those were my only options.
There really needs to be a negative star rating.

As a realtor who works with many different law firms, take my advice when I say RUNNNNNNN!!!! This attorney completely dropped the ball on my buyer's transaction. They did not communicate with the lender for title, passed the file around to multiple people who were completely unresponsive, and when we showed up for closing it took them 30 minutes to get the packet together. Once we finally started signing the paralegal/attorney/whatever she was DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS TELLING MY CLIENT TO SIGN! WHAT?!?! Thankfully, this was not his first time, but she had absolutely no clue on how to explain the closing packet. Imagine if you were a first-time home buyer? Scary. There are so many wonderful law offices that can handle your real estate transaction. I will never work with them again and advise you and your clients to do the same.

Sold a house and they were the law office we used, made everything super easy and answered all our questions. Even made sure to make time to talk to you and help you fill out paper work. I was genuinely impressed! Thank y’all for making this a smooth process!
