This is the worst real estate transaction I've had. They are very unorganized, right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. They kept apologizing but never addressed the issues or made any attempts to fix them. This is the one and only time we've closed late BECAUSE OF THE ATTORNEY. That's unheard of. They really shouldn't practice in Cary, they have no staff in that office, it's a satellite office. Please DO NOT USE THIS FIRM if you want a successful and timely closing. There are plenty of others out there.

The real estate team at Capital to Coast made me feel that my SECU real estate transaction was the only case they had. I had a lot of questions, but someone was always able to answer them in a timely manner. I will be sure to refer everyone I know to use them for their closing!

I was told that her case load was to heavy to take on my case. I was also told she is the only attorney at this location. Very disappointed in this firm.
