I had both Andy and Aaron out to do carpet cleaning and a carpet stretch in a high traffic area. In addition, I had an outdoor area rug that my landscapers walked on with red clay on the bottom of their shoes. Aaron was able to get it right up and the rug looks brand new. I’m very impressed with their professionalism, wisdom, and guidance for future care. The scheduling was quick, easy, and seamless. Steven was responsive and kind at every turn. The team was on time, quick to work, and made my tightly scheduled day a breeze to navigate. Carolina Carpet Cleaning has earned a repeat customer!

They were great! Took a couple calls to get an appointment set up (they're busy!), but their carpet stretcher (Chris) was on time, polite, professional and did a great job stretching out our lumpy carpets for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend!

Our carpet is 17 years old. Carolina Carpet keeps it looking great. Last week, we had them do the whole house. They took their time, worked hard on stains, did a thorough job. It looks so nice, and even feels new to our feet. Very reasonable price, totally dependable. I highly recommend Carolina Carpet.

They did an excellent job! My daughters dog dug a hole to the cement! We thought we were going to have to replace the whole room's carpet. Carolina Carpet Cleaning came and used a piece of carpet we had and fixed the hole! It looks fantastic
