Took rug in to get cleaned and was told two week turn around time. At the end of two weeks, I hadn’t heard from them about my rug and so I called and was told it was in the drying room and would be ready for pick up the following week. Picked up rug the next week and when I unrolled in my living room, seen it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Still had some dog hair, carpet powder and smelled like vinegar. When I called to address the situation, I was told to bring it back in to be cleaned “again” and when I asked for compensation/partial refund since it’s a 30 mins drive from my house and for my time, I was told that I would be given a full refund and need to find someone else to clean it. They refused to admit that it wasn’t cleaned even though I took pictures and sent them to prove it. The lady on the phone claimed that if rug was too dirty then it couldn’t be cleaned 100%. However when I dropped my rug off, I was told my rug wasn’t bad at all and it’s less than a year old.

Rugs and valances look clean as new! Jennifer was wonderful to work with and rest of staff extremely professional. Highly recommend. Could not have asked for better customer service.

I had givenmgiven wool rug for cleaning and scothchguard treatment as per their mother's day offer this year.
I have had this rug for years and am familiar with how the rug pile is different for each stripe of color in the rug. I got my rug
back after cleaning and they had shave the carpet pile in one section of the rug to bare bottom. No prior permission was taken or not we're we informed when the rug was picked up post cleaning. Mind you that this is the first time we have giventhis rug for cleaning. Very disappointed that they disfigured the rug and nobody informed us. Also there is a strange stain on the rug of which I have no recollection ever happening t
To the owner who responded after 8 months. I did not have the rug listed in my name it's in my husband's name with a different last name. Try searching with last name Gupte.
