Stacey does a great job managing properties! She stays on top of the property maintenance so that neglected items don't become major issues in the future. She goes above & beyond to help make sure she gets good tenants in the house & that those tenants stay current on their rent.

Stacy Sindell was my Landlord and she was very helpful and everytime something needed to be done to the house she was on top of it!! I rented from her for almost 3 years and didnt have one problem with her or the company!!

Do Not rent from them!!! She placed a padlock on the door as I was moving out on my SCHEDULED move date. She then told me to come back and meet her the next morning to retrieve the remainder of my clothes. Where I found them ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. Mold infested house. Broken refrigerator. Mouse Infested. Just a nasty human being the way she handled things.
