If you prefer SNS this is not the place for you. They put the base cost 1/4 of your nail then only 2 dips of color then a base cost on top. This technique caused me lots of pain when I’ve used my hand and the base coat lifted underneath… and my nails are not long . There are even ridges in my nails from the base coat to the other layers.

I was not satisfied with the result, this is the picture of the day after I had my nails done. THEY LEFT TOO MUCH SPACE and it looks like my manicure was done almost two weeks ago and it was not. Not to mention they hurt my fingers and charged me more money for a "SPECIAL" filing. I don't see anything special about this filing, and they didn't tell me that they were going to charge me for this either. I paid $50 for bad service.

Absolutely ADORE how my nails turned out! I have small hands, which means I have tiny nails, so I was worried the design I had in mind would be too difficult to do. Nope! Dani did this for me carefully and confidently and they look AMAZING! Very happy with the results!

I must say, I was raised by blue collar workers so I understand and respect the hard work, determination and dedication. And I also know how challenging it can be to work in the service industry so I strive to treat everyone with kindness and respect the same as I'd would want a family member to be treated. First time I'd gone was during the holiday season, Lee did my SNS powder dip and someone else did my pedicure and I was very happy with both. The experience was great and therefore I tipped accordingly. Unfortunately I need to share a not so good second experience. Wednesday Jan 18 was my second time going to Casa Blanca and will be my last. A young lady Christine did my powder dip was rude, disrespectful and condescending she provided a horrible customer service experience. I told her of my pinched nerve and she continued to pull and move my hand in a way that was hurtful and plain rude and I gave her a look over my mask and she proceeded to say that she forgot I told her but also thought I forgot that I should not move. She wanted me to pay before my service was done, which I never had to do before. I don't typically pay until my entire service is complete regardless of the service. Needless to say Christine did not get a tip. I don't reward bad behavior or horrible customer service!

One star. I have been itchy and having blisters pop up. I’ve never had this happen at any other salon until I visited here. They refused a refund and said I would have to pay $20 for a soak off. I am livid. Clean your tools and do better Christene.
