Ahmed is an amazing professional. I have built all my PCs until this one I commissioned from Vellve Systems. They were 1000x better than me or any other shop in town. I will be exclusively doing business with them for all corporate and personal from here on out.
I have worked with over 5 other shops in the Charlotte area. No one compares. Even the cable management is perfect. The recommendations were realistic and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about this place.
Repairs are so simple as well. Before commissioning this build I have sent multiple laptops indirectly and my personal stream PC to Ahmed for repairs. Same amazing service. Would give 10/5 if I could.

The best service for this man has ever received - maybe one equal. This time, I had a real expert on my side. I needed a repair for existing computer - not really possible. Sold me a used machine - inserted my hard drive from unrepairable computer into the used machine. I have an identical machine at a fraction of the price of a new computer. ABOVE AND BEYOND on every measure of quality/value. Thank you.

I've had many computers fixed here for my office and the service Is outstanding, they keep you informed at all times on what the process is and how to prevent things from breaking so easily. Their prices are fair, especially for the type of service you receive. Best computer repair in Charlotte hands down!

Outstanding computer repair place. I had 2 Lenovo laptops with a broken screen, broken hard drives, and very slow. They repaired the 2 laptops within a few days for a great price. The tech Ahmed kept me informed through the process. I will be back if I have further problems.
