Worst experience ever… I just needed my medicine. I will be completely transparent the doctor is a good doctor. But the staff is lacking so much.. lack of training, efficiency amongst just basic things that it literally took me a whole entire day to get my medicine. After going back and forth with the pharmacy and my provider several times through the phone and going to the clinic twice and driving to the pharmacy 3 times. All because the clinic was saying they sent the prescription over to the pharmacy and the pharmacy had nothing sent over. Like I even called customer service to verify. And the medical office said I could stop by, pick up the prescription note and take it to the pharmacy. I get to the clinic and wait 25 minutes because apparently the doctor is the only one authorized to print my prescription and I have to wait until he is done with his patients. He comes out and they no longer can give me the prescription note.. they tell me to go back to the pharmacy (for the 3rd time) and long behold the pharmacy finally received the prescription. This is just so upsetting that it took me about 10 hours to get my problem addressed. This is just unbelievable.. I am so disappointed about this whole process.. Very deeply disappointed.
I am so thankful that they were able to see me so quickly and I was very well taken care of. The staff is really nice and courteous and respectful. Dr. Okoye seemed very concerned about my health and providing me with the best care possible. I am looking forward to returning for my follow up appointment!.
The issue I had was/is very serious and I don’t think the doctor did everything he could to help me. Also if he could understand me he was not acting like it or listening. I left feeling worse than I did when I got there and I still have to find another doctor to go to so I can actually figure out what is wrong with me. They also took a urine sample with no info on the results or how I could get the results. They did the same with a blood sample. Took it and gave me no discharge papers or info on how I would get the results for the blood test or what they were even testing for
Dr. Joseph had very terrible bedside manner. He did not listen to anything I had to say about anything going on with me, the patient, While getting blood work I told the Dr. where he should draw the blood, in which he didn't. After he stuck me three times he finally stated that he was frustrated, left the room then came back and drew from the spot I told him was good, only after listening to my male counterpart. Also the office was very dirty. The quality of treatment was poor altogether, the hold time for lab results had me on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes. Terrible. And I still know nothing.
I called and scheduled an appointment for my son to get a physical for 3:00 p.m, got to the appointment at 2:45 p.m sat and waited until 3:45 p.m when my husband went back up to the receptionist she then informed we would have to RESCHEDULE AFTER WAITING ALL THAT TIME. I didn't not reschedule because I was sooo frustrated to have wasted all this time.. totally ridiculous, I will not be going back! Super disappointed because I had been calling all around for a simple physical
