The rental market is in high demand, especially in our desired area. A friend sent me a brand new listing with an agent's info, Shelly, in the description. I contacted her right away, expecting to leave a voicemail, but she answered! Not only was she available, she was very informative, kind and kept in constant communication. She coordinated a tour with the existing tenants that fit our schedule. The tenants spoke very highly of Shelly as well! Shelly truly is an asset to Elite Team Realty.
