I was coming to Embassy Nail Bar every 2 weeks for a couple months. This had become my new favorite spot! I came to get a dip powder manicure the Friday before Thanksgiving. While I was here, a woman came in saying her dip powder started cracking on some of her fingers. I didn’t think much of it and I chose a different brand. However, by Black Friday, my nails had broken and chipped as well (see pictures). As seen in the pictures, my nails only lasted one week. I came back to town and came to get my nails fixed. I was told I’d have to pay full price. I instead asked to just get the dip powder removed and I was still charged. I hate to now have to find another new salon. Up until this experience, I loved this place!

Ms. Tina was absolutely wonderful. I fell in love when she offered to do my acrylic fill in the old school way. She fixed what was previously done at another establishment. Ms Tina has gained a client for life. The Moscato was chilled and refreshing. The detail to make my nails beautiful was greatly appreciated.

I was so disappointed with my manicure!! Pedicure was good . Polish was applied so thick it would not dry . I kept restarting the heat light until I couldn't stay any longer but still sticky. I had ruined 3 fingernails by the time I got home . Should have gone back but I had already spent twice as long as I usually do and just couldn't go through it again

Clean, well decorated salon. I recommend the deluxe pedicure. My feet feel amazing and look great too. Beth, Snow, & Lan are all amazing

My daughters had a horrible experience when they wanted gel nails. They brought their babysitting money into the shop and asked for gel nails. The price listed was $37, the nail technician added tips and did not say it was an extra $15. They were devastated at the final price. The manager would not budge and refused to apologize for the error caused by language barrier. My experience was also poor when I got SNS nails. I was in a hurry and couldn’t go to my regular shop so I popped in. The technician soaked my nails in pure acetone which is a major shortcut that really weakens the nails, she also used the nail file on a speed that was way to high and took a layer off my nails. The powder was also so thin that my nails were breaking in 1 week. Such poor work and WAY over priced. Not a good nail shop.
