Not surer if their issue there is incompetence or bias... I did the tail end of information verification on my application, in regards to a disputed balance owed to a previous landlord. I bought information on the deeds associated with the property in question to objectively prove it was an error by the past landlord... only to be casually brushed off with inaction.

Refuse to fix the problems of mold in bathroomsn ac been out 9 months but have no issues increasing rent

This company is great in some ways and needs work in others. I rented from them for 9 years. When I first viewed the house it was disgusting. So many dead cockroaches you couldn’t enter the home without stepping on them, carpet tore up with feces rubbed into them, broken windows, the whole 9 yards plus a few. Turns out they won’t repair or clean up until a security deposit is down? But when I moved in the place looked great!
The best part about this place is it’s a small operation! Joe knew me by name even after several years between seeing him at the office.
The biggest issue they have is either they need more staff or some of the staff doesn’t care? Anytime you call for anything the person responsible is busy or at lunch, you leave them a message and they promise to call you back right away... trust me they never will. The ONLY way to get any information is to go to the office and wait, if they tell you they are with someone doing what ever and they can give you a call you must tell them it’s ok I’ll just wait here. I promise it is the ONLY way. I have been told they will call you right back... gone to the office and was promised a call, I called every day and each time a promise they would call me.
Maintenance usually was fairly prompt. Had a few issues with getting someone out to repair the ceiling after a leak from the second story, literally took a few months. But all of my other maintenance issues were resolved pretty quickly.
Overall I had a decent experience.

I have rented from Four Seasons for 12 years in October. They have been here for me for every issues that I reported that needed fixing. They was here for me when my husband passed away in December 2017. I will always have nothing but good reviews for Four Season. Thank You all very much for your services over the years, Linda Tate.
