    Their inventory has a mix that is suitable for most income levels. They are prompt to respond. The only delays I've experienced is with the actual property owners giving them approval for repairs or upgrades.

    Don’t do any business with this agency. Their website states that they are viewing case by case regardless of how you fulfill the application requirements or not. Even talking to them personally and them “talking to the property manager” and making statements that everything should work out when paying a double security deposit doesn’t change a thing. In the end nothing matters but the credit/background check. The only thing you get is a generic response and not a case by case review. Not what they tell you in first place . Yes, my credit is not the best for explainable and understandable reasons and it’s not their fault, no doubts or questions ask, but don’t make statements which are not true.

    If I could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I have been looking for houses to rent since our lease ends 1/21/2021 and contacted Four Seasons about one of their properties 3 WEEKS ago, the house we wanted was available for show on 1/15th. We applied and got approve back in DECEMBER giving them our security deposit in advance. This property manager calls us 3 DAYS before 1/15 to tell us that the previous tenants have not given them the keys and that their hands are tied on the situation. They said either we wait till the END of the Month to move or get our deposit back. They asked is there anyway you can stay at your current home until then? (They didn't even give us the option to look into one of their other properties) No customer skills what so ever. They called on the 1/19 that they just now got into the house and that it would be a stretch to get us moved in by the end of the month!! How dare they wait 3 days before we have to move after giving them the security deposit 3 weeks in advanced!! This would've went a lot smoother if they had called us WEEKS ago to tell us this information. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. Small edit: fourseasons called my boyfriend today and complained to us that this review states we didn't receive the option to look at the other properties. Yes they told us only of 2 options it wasnt until I ASKED if we could look into their other properties and they said sure yeah we can do that!. So what was the purpose of that call?

    This company is great in some ways and needs work in others. I rented from them for 9 years. When I first viewed the house it was disgusting. So many dead cockroaches you couldn’t enter the home without stepping on them, carpet tore up with feces rubbed into them, broken windows, the whole 9 yards plus a few. Turns out they won’t repair or clean up until a security deposit is down? But when I moved in the place looked great! The best part about this place is it’s a small operation! Joe knew me by name even after several years between seeing him at the office. The biggest issue they have is either they need more staff or some of the staff doesn’t care? Anytime you call for anything the person responsible is busy or at lunch, you leave them a message and they promise to call you back right away... trust me they never will. The ONLY way to get any information is to go to the office and wait, if they tell you they are with someone doing what ever and they can give you a call you must tell them it’s ok I’ll just wait here. I promise it is the ONLY way. I have been told they will call you right back... gone to the office and was promised a call, I called every day and each time a promise they would call me. Maintenance usually was fairly prompt. Had a few issues with getting someone out to repair the ceiling after a leak from the second story, literally took a few months. But all of my other maintenance issues were resolved pretty quickly. Overall I had a decent experience.
