Laziest people I've ever had the displeasure in working with. They take a vacation every month and most likely only work 10-15 hours a week. They will most definitely take that vacation in the middle of your case too. Did I mention way overpriced?

Kim Gossage managed the closing of my mother's estate. As we were in a different state and could not travel to NC that frequently, we were very pleased with Kim and her team.
