I contacted Gem Systems about a keyboard replacement issue. The call was answered promptly and professionally and the gentleman dove right into my issue. 'Greg' was friendly, extremely helpful and honest and gave me a perfect recommendation to assist with my computer issue. His recommendation wasn't in his interest BUT he steered me in a better direction for my specific issue. He truly went above and beyond to find the best solution for my needs. Because of that professionalism and honesty, I feel confident he can handle any future computer needs I can give him.

They have bent over backwards to resolve my many laptop, desktop and networking issues quickly. Within a year Gem Systems have become a very valuable part of our support system. I had several problems with printers, routers and connection to my TV. Gem Systems was very prompt in sending Chris out to address these problems.
Chris was very knowabale and made all the necessary adjustments to have all my devices working properly. I would highly recommend Gem Systems for all of your IT solutions.

After trying to work with other local companies regarding my computer issues I was most pleased when I found GEM Systems. I have had printer issues which have finally been corrected by GEM Systems. They researched and got for me the perfect computer for my needs. All of my files were reloaded onto the new computer and the set up was painless and very well orchestrated. On another occasion they repaired an email issue; when I thought all of my emails were lost.
They have been available and patient whenever I have had a question about computers.
I highly recommend GEM Systems for all computer needs.
