If you are looking for quality work/ service and good customer service I would suggest you take your money to a different place. First and foremost, Kacy is extremely rude, she only looks to argue with you and will not help at all. I dropped my vehicle off for an insurance claim and from start to finish the process has been horrible. No updates, no calls (unless it was Kacy being rude), and I paid over $800 only to have my car in worse shape than it was when I dropped it off. I let them know I had another issue, and instead of trying to help me understand where they came up with certian conclusions, Kacy told me that basically it was an existing issue even though I let them know the exact day when the problem occured. While on the phone with USAA they were also very confused as to why Kacy was telling me the things that she was saying. They used the claim of "some parts are one use parts" to cover the fact that they broke parts, and now I have paint peeling from my hood that wasn't there before. Leaving me not only robbed of $800, but now I have to fix everything the shop messed up and more. Also, nothing was cleaned up when I picked up the vehicle. Definitely think twice before using this Gerber location.

Great communication and quick, efficient service from beginning to end. I requested a quote during my lunch on Monday and had a new windshield shortly after lunch on Tuesday. Keith, the technician who performed the installation, provided especially good communication and excellent service. On top of that, their price was better by far than all the other quotes I received, and it wasn't even close. Hopefully, I won't ever need their services again, but if I do, I won't waste my time on anyone else.
