In my experience, I'd describe the company as unresponsive and the infrastructure to support their business as unreliable.
Had an issue with their e-pay system. Initially processed successfully, then received an email from 3rd party Alliance bank for incorrect account # (near positive I entered the correct info). Asked Henderson if there was an issue, they replied "no, ignore this email." Fee was then issued to my account a couple days later and my payment revoked. e-Pay website also went under maintenance and wasn't working at this time. Took me 3 voice mails and numerous emails to get someone to help me & discuss a potential resolution for removing the fee. The fee removal process includes filling out a form and having them submit to my HOA board for approval.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have been emailing every week since the middle of November and did not receive a response until January 1st. I have called and even went to the office where I was told multiple times that the people I need to speak to are not in the office. The girl at the front desk was absolutely no help either. When it comes to making decisions close to your move out date, make sure you are diligently emailing/calling/visiting the office 6 month prior or you will be stuck in a tough spot. They drag their feet to make sure you owe as much money in the end so they can get their “fair share”.I am so glad to be out of my lease with them. I will definitely make sure nobody I know has to deal with this place. Awful customer service.

Henderson recently took over the management of our HOA and we've already seen a difference. Up until recently many of my neighbors were not keeping their yards up and were parking cars on the grass and lots of other stuff that made the neighborhood look bad. Henderson has really worked hard to enforce the rules in our neighborhood so things are looking much better. I want to sell my house in a year or so I want the neighborhood to look good to potential buyers.

Continuous changes in location and phone numbers then a software change that left our HOA residents at a loss for customer service. Poor communication, poor accounting service. We changed companies after 2 years because so many of our residents complained about their services.

They are terrible - can hardly ever get them to respond and accomplish NOTHING!
In our community they are there only because the DEVELOPER still has the majority say on our HOA voting and they pick them.
Henderson could are less in my opinion
