Do not hire this company. They are the worst property managers ever. The turnover of property managers are high. We had 5 within a 1 1/2 years. They are incompetent and don’t do proper inspections and don’t follow CC&Rs. Our neighborhood has so many violations like missing shutters, mold on homes and sidewalks, additions with no arc approvals, weeds, falling landscape rocks and no one ever receives a violation. We even have to complain about trash laying around for week. They don’t know how to advise / guide a board for the betterment of a neighborhood. Henderson properties owns the management company, right? If so My complaint would apply to the company as a whole
Henderson Properties is amazing. I rented from them back in 2013 and now I'm a renter with them again in 2022. Their professionalism is still stellar. Hannah, in particular, helped me this time around with the entire process. She is wonderful--- very responsive, polite, and made sure everything worked in my favor. I definitely recommend working with Henderson Properties.
We were so impressed with Michael after calling Henderson about some issues with our porch. He was extremely professional and went above and beyond. He made the repair process so easy and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs repairs through Henderson and in general.
I had a piece of wood siding fall off under my window and my HOA was dragging its feet on getting it fixed. They sent someone out for an estimate and I heard nothing back, so I sent in a new request. This time Michael from Henderson came. He took a look at my damaged siding and went above and beyond with repairs. He fixed it right then and there even though he could’ve just left with an estimate like the previous guy. He also painted the surround siding which was damaged, so it all looks super clean. Overall, I’m super happy with the service and the repairs.
Viewers, good morning! I was overwhelmed to hear and read all the negative comments and details concerning Henderson Properties. I am the President of my community. I take pride and love Springhurst at Hickory Grove . The continuing problem we’re having just has got out of hand due to unproductive and unprofessional management practices. Sometimes, when you experience this kind of behavior and situations, simply the best course of action is to find another solution. Most people wouldn’t mind paying associations dues if they were seeing something tangible for the monies paid. I spend over 3.5 hours speaking to a employee on last week. Then, suddenly a response from this new employee. At least when John Das was employed there I had remarkable experiences and hope for the community. I reached out to the new attorney and haven’t heard from him. Since living in this community and dealing with a HOA I wish I would’ve known about HOA before I purchased. In all fairness, in my opinion it has been a waste of my time trying to get these people to do the right thing as a paying homeowner. I use to wonder why people don’t want to pay their dues in a timely manner? The understanding is very clear now. One thing I can say is I have gave it my all . Another, problem is these management companies basically do as they pleased due to the lack of communication between them and the homeowners. I have no help Ism the only participant and have tired to get others to be involved. Many homeowners I reached out to didn’t even know what a HOA meant . That is pretty sad paying your hard earned money and not knowing why ! At any rate the STATE needs to step in and regulate guidelines for potential homeowners. However, I was asked is there a lot of renters staying in my community. A question I couldn’t answer because ledgers and other documentation were not being received.properly. The best action to take is to part ways! I have no other choice or option to continue on in this business . Hopefully, they will implement other strategies to make it better for all people they serve.
