I have now been associated with several different property management firms with varying types of experiences. I have now rented through Henry for 8 months and could not be more pleased. Not only do they serve those owners they manage for in a very professional manner but they also serve the renters with equal professionalism. They are quick to respond to problems and requests and resolutions. They are understanding of the meaning of service. The office staff are wonderful to work with and although I have a choice of mailing my payment monthly I much prefer to visit them in person.

I rented my property, sight unseen😳😳 They were so very patient and communicated with me frequently! They were professional, helpful and just fantastic through the entire process! I've had zero issues 6 months into my lease. The ladies in the office are the best!

Very professional company from beginning to end. They provided full service rental management for our Cary house. Excellent communication about the process, finding a tenant, and closing the lease. Handled all tenant calls for service and provided good contractors to fix problems. Always called me first and made sure I was ok with any issue. Can't say enough good things about the team and highly recommend them. Just finished our lease term with them and they were excellent handling close out with the tenant. House was turned over to us in great shape. Their communication was perfect. We ended the lease because we are now moving into this house. If needed, I would hire them again.
