Worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Sheena is the most unhelpful, unpleasant person I have come across. They charged me ridiculous fees without any proper explanation. Sheena waited until the last second, when I really needed documentation from them, to tell me about the fees and held the documentation hostage until everything was paid. It felt like coercion at its worst. I would never, ever recommend using this company. They should all be in jail. Sheena - I wonder how you can sleep at night. Thief.
Very very bad experience. My contract was sold from another company to HomeVault. Fee went up a lot, but since I was out of state, I didn't bother to change a company. Their representative is slow in response. Once I waited 1 week to hear back and was told my representative quit the company. Later, another representative went on vacation without telling me and no backup provided in her email. There was one time, I was charged for whole house cleaning and was told that's done. When I checked the property, it was still dirty everywhere. I had a tenant who didn't pay rent and for 3+ months, and they took very little effort in helping out the situation. HomeVault just knows how to collect money. They are not interested in protect your home or your benefit.
Hired HomeVault for my first rental property. 1-year pass, the service they provided has been outstanding. Especially with the help from Sheena Tesoro, who has been very helpful, patient, and responsive. When it comes to tax season, things are clearly shown in the their prepared statements. Great partner for rental property investment.
I've been a tenant with HomeVault for 2 years. Amazing consistent company. Very timely on repairs and understanding of tenants needs. Sheena Tesoro has been a pleasure since day 1. She responds quickly, she gets the job done and always VERY understanding. She's the ABSOLUTE BEST!
Have been a customer of HomeVault, and prior entities, for almost 5 years now. Besides being a typical demanding New Yorker I also work in the service industry as a commercial banker. I've had issues through the years but have to say the last year I have nothing to complain about and quite the opposite that I'm happy to share my happiness with the service. Nothing has changed with HomeVault in regards to things like technology but the main difference for myself has been the person handling my account, Sheena Tesoro. Sheena has been nothing but professional but even more importantly she always follow through on open items in a timely manner. I'm used to chasing people down for answers but no need with Sheena handling my account. I'm happy to say as long as Sheena is handling my account I will be a HomeVault customer.
