Be very careful with applying with these people . I meet a realtor about two weeks ago. I told her everything about my voucher & so fourth. First off , it took a whole day to send my application. Then I applied 55$ I’m waiting and waiting they don’t even ask for my paystubs I had to bring it to their attention. Then no response . Not once not even in the messages did they ask my move in date. Here we are yesterday after being ignored so many times she tells me , I will approve you if you have the money today . It’s almost as if they just wanted to find a way for me to not get the place . It’s no reason for me to be denied . I am reporting to the BBB and calling the attorney general . This is bogus and for you to take my money knowing you were gonna find some reason for me to not be a tenant because maybe their bias about people on section 8 idk. I just feel if you didn’t want me to apply why waste my time & my money ? I know they seen I already don’t have a home going through personal things it’s just very foul to be that type of person .

I very much disliked my interactions with this company when I was looking for a new place. There are so many options out there - with the experience as bad as it was just while looking/viewing/ getting info , etc I would certainly hate to see what it’s like once you’ve already signed on the dotted line!

I have owned rental property and would not recommend renting from this company. The house I am in has old appliances that are failing and they are refusing to replace. There is a gas log that was promised when we moved in. We are now being told they will not supply. In my opinion, they are not honest and up-front and do not treat renters well.

I recently applied for a home under Jamison Property
Unfortunately I didn’t act fast enough because some one else had rented it. Even though I didn’t get the home, Jennifer White-Spencer has been the nicest and most professional person I’ve corresponded with in quite some time. Out of all of the other companies that I’ve applied with she’s been the most responsive, most kind, and most courteous. I was able to get refunded my application fee in no time at all. If I ever get the chance to apply again, I won’t hesitate because I know this company is legit and they have staff that care.

I had a decent experience with the people at the front desk, but issues were not resolved for weeks on end. I rate this low because when we moved, we cleaned, I paid $150 to have the entire lawn taken care of and the bushes trimmed. While in the process of moving out we had a bottle capped sized hole in the wall from a chair, and a stain on one of the carpet from an old roommate who was dirty, we were expecting small charges and were assured that there would be an itemized bill for the charges. Instead were were given a bill, that not only took our whole deposit but was charging us $50 over. $850 for a ½in. hole and $350 for lawn care that I had done 2 days before move out. We were charged $150 for one pair of blinds that were broken, but marked on our move in inspection.
Save your money and look to another property management.
