JC Signs did an incredible job on my office lobby sign (as well as my mailbox and exterior door signage). I am SO pleased with the results, and pricing was basically what I expected so that was good. They gave me an estimate and stayed at that price and the result was phenomenal. Highly recommend JC Signs!

Jeff and his team were good to work with mostly. While they do have great craftsmanship, the customer service is slightly lacking. I think they are very busy and need some extra hands to help as it is hard to reach them. I finally got in touch with them and hired them to do an exterior sign, door sign, door plaque (still waiting on this) and indoor signage for my permanent makeup and skincare studio.
Edited to add: Had to remove a star because the door plaque was never installed and Jeff will not respond to my numerous messages and calls asking about it.

Fantastic job! Jeff was super easy to deal with and very helpful in the design of our sign. Sign was installed after business hours with no hassle. Would highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

We worked with JC Signs remotely to get a new sign in our Charlotte Office (our corporate HQ is in Florida). Quoting was quick and easy, production was smooth, and the install went flawlessly. We are very pleased with our new signage!
