Jake Bolson is an excellent property manager. We worked with him on a couple of projects over the last few weeks. He is very attentive and methodical in his approach to managing his properties. He cares a great deal about his tenants safety and comfort. He is exceptionally communicative with our group during the work and was always available for questions and/or clarification. We look forward to working with Jake at Keyrenter Huntersville again.
