They have managed one of my rental properties for 2-3 years. I can always reach them, which is wonderful. They also always take care of any concerns quickly, which I also like.

Couldn’t be happier with the folks at KPM! They have simplified the rental experience. Makes the idea of mailbox money a real thing! Recommend them to all my friends!!!

I would give Klutts zero stars if possible. NEVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a property manager.

The property viewed smelled like urine. Why? Because there was a huge spot of what appeared to be urine in the middle of the floor and in the toilets. Disgusting! At least have the properties cleaned and sanitized before having someone view them.

This company is absolutely fantastic been with them 4yrs I can't complain about any thing.the landlords and staff are amazing.
