I'm pretty sure it was the owners who did my nails and they were amazing! Super nice and joked around with me and my mom. They were upfront about what they could do so I really liked that. They helped fix my nails from a previous nail salon I went to and everything bc of how bad they were. I will definitely be going back bc of how good they were!

This was my first visit to this nail salon and I will definitely be returning.. they were very friendly to both me and my daughter due to COVID-19 they are only doing appointments however I called and they were able to get me right in. Most importantly the salon is very clean. They took they’re time and didn’t rush. I was absolutely happy with their service as well as how pretty both me and my daughter nails came out.

Came here after trying every nail place I could find in Kannapolis and having my nails turn out flat and lumpy after every fill, and I am so glad I found this gem! The owners are extremely sweet and fun to talk to, my nails are beautiful and smooth and a great shape, and the prices are very reasonable for the great work you are receiving. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend to others looking for a good nail place.

Great experience...nice and professional service. My nails were sore, and too long, so I had the SNS removed (done at another nail shop) and my nails cut down and manicured. My nails feel so much better, I will definitely be returing.

I went to this place because of the rating, but my experience was not like others. Lady is nice but if you are expecting good work for what you pay for. She will have a whole indirect conversation about people being picky. They skipped my daughter nails to do other people nails as if she was less important. I just told them not to worry about her nails. Money wasn't the problem or the fact my daughter would mess it up in a couple days. It was the customer service. I am a licensed cosmetologist. I do nails, hair, and perform skin care. I also work in the medical field. I didn't feel like doing my own nails, because it literally takes me all day. I wish I would have just done my own. The service didn't match the price. Its a NO for me. Their are some people you can't make happy no matter how hard you try. But being passionate about your work is a must. You should always want to be the best at what you do. I also asked for a certain design. She talked about the price as if I couldn't afford it. I really just believe she either couldn't do it, or didn't feel like doing it. My lessen from this is provide good service to everyone. You never know the background of others. Stick to who you know, and if you want it done right just do it yourself!
