They used to be under different management who were extremely helpful and timely. The new management has a poor time responding to maintenance fixes, we had an emergency maintenance request and the voicemail was full on the emergency line and no one answered the phone, we didn't hear back for days. Under previous management we had extended our lease for a set rate and then when new management took over they charged us more than the previous management had told us it would be. We also left our unit in better condition than we received it but they refused to return our full deposit. The townhomes are nice but the customer service is awful, people are never at the leasing office and you can't even get ahold of someone on the phone.

I am a current resident at Pennington place townhomes. They never answer the phone, and we put a maintenance order in when we first moved in over a year ago and they have yet to fix the issues of water damage from the roof. Also put in an order over a month ago and still haven't gotten a response. For the amount they charge, this place should be up to date and maintenance orders should be done we they're supposed to be. Very disappointed

We moved in mid January and Ivy could not have been more helpful. 10/10 professional service, always there when needed, and took care of all of our needs. Would highly recommend Ivy and Landmark Properties to any one relocating to the Rock Hill area.

I lived in a Landmark Properties townhouse for 3 years. My son and I had a great living experience. We loved the quiet environment and always felt safe. The leasing agents always responded to maintenance requests in a timely manner and were very accommodating, even when we moved out.

Honestly stay away if you can management is awful , they just raised the rent I guess it’s decently nice to live here though so 2 stars. Also ac was out many months . Took lots of work to fix it
