I recently worked for this location as a temporary hire. This place is amazing, Shannon and her paralegals work incredibly hard for their clients and they truly value and appreciate everyone who walks through their door. It was such an honor to work with this company and I am amazed at how much Shannon manages to do in one day. I wish Shannon and her paralegals the best! And I thank them for the time and love they showed me while working for them! :)

I have had several closings with clients at this firm and have never had an issue. They are responsive, they get closings done on time, and they fix issues when they arise. I continue to use this office for my SC closings and would still recommend them to others.

They did my house closing two years ago, and I'm finding all the problems now as I try to go through a mortgage refinance. They marked my father and I as husband and wife on the title, which is its own set of issues. They didn't find a lien against my property from before I bought it, which is now causing issues with my refinance. I asked them for my title policy two weeks ago and I haven't received it; they're going to be the reason my interest rate expires. Still struggling to get help from them...
Edit: Shannon Lando did reach out to me to help solve the issue. I appreciate her wanting to get things fixed, but I'd reached out to a few other businesses involved by that point and had gotten everything squared away.

Outstanding service from Shannon Lando and crew... had a quick close due to relocation and from start to finish she had our file done. Seeing the bad reviews are upsetting. You do realize that she is a family owned business, and can only be as good as her help. Also take into account- she is one of the larrgest attorneys in our area. Be kind all
Shannon, thank you and we can’t wait to use you again.

It's a shame some of you have no idea what you're talking about on here. Betty, anyone in the real estate industry knows that there's a 90 day grace period for your insurance from the day you close to receive payment. ANY reputable insurance company would not have cancelled your insurance in the time frame you posted...maybe you should find a new insurance company.
And Hailey...an error on/at your closing doesn't mean you get something for free. Take responsibility as a new home owner to understand what YOU are responsible for.
Lando's office has closed 3 of my homes in the last several years along with a few refi's and I've never had a problem. Not everyone will have a smooth process, but there are multiple other parties involved in making a closing go smoothly and those same parties can make a mess of it too.
Like my Mother always told me, if you can't say something NICE...
