I have gone to different nail salons to get my nails done but at Lee Spa Nails I have always had a good experience until today. I don’t usually write reviews especially the bad ones but today was one of those days. The nail tech was in a big hurry to get me out the doors , she was in some kind a rush that I felt in in my skin because she was rough. I think she is new to this salon but that doesn’t give her the excuse to treat clients like that , anyway these are the pictures of her work today.
Tall male was rude, purposefully hurt my fingers because I asked him to clean the gunk from under them, assumed I didn't want to leave a tip, didn't put oil on my cuticles, and asked me to move from his chair when he had no clients. Cousin received pedicure without being asked which one she wanted, the female didn't paint her toes well and her acrylic nails also were a mess. This place needs to hire professionals who know how to treat people and do nails correctly.
I have visited this location on several occasions and have had fairly great service. I have grown very fond of Gina. She is always professional and friendly. I visited this location on Saturday, 8/20/22. I looked around and did not see Gina. I could have made an appointment, but this was a last minute drop in. I was asked what services I wanted and instructed to sit in the last chair in the back. Immediately, as I began to sit, the gentleman whom did not look up to greet me...said..."how may I help you", in a very rash and cavalier tone. I told him what services I wanted and he began to access my nails. As he did so, I inquired if Gina was working that day. He then became so rude and belligerent. Yelling and raising his voice, telling me to get out of his chair and wait for Gina. I was so perplexed and totally in shock. Instead of allowing myself to get ignorant with him, I asked him why he was so bent out of shape because I inquired about one of his employees (he said he was the owner). I explained it should have been an honor to know you have someone in your business that is outstanding. Thankfully, Lauren came to the rescue and provided the services. She did an amazing job and this rating no way reflects her. However, it is so unfortunate that the owner doesn't operate with the same respect and professionalism as members of his staff. I absolutely appreciated Gina and all of her pleasantries. But I would never patronize this business again. He "kinda" apologized, but the damage was done. Maybe this was a one off or isolated experience...but once is enough for me. ***for reference: tall guy with "t" necklace around his neck***So Rude and Disrespectful*** Thank you kindly!
I came here 3 days ago for a gel manicure, within the next day, one of my nails had already chipped. By day 2, two of my nails were starting to like peel up? And now I am left with three chipped nails and many that look like they are peeling off. I got these done for my prom, which was in less than a week, and now I’m having to get them done again. At other places I have had gel manicures last for almost 3 weeks!! Very unsatisfied, and will probably not be coming back.
Been going to this place 20 plus years. Was given gift certificate from daughter and went to use them me and husband. When she purchased them they forgot to put the amount on them and sign them. We gave them to the person taking payment and was accused of stealing them. Really… I was in total shock. We don’t steal and for them to accuse us was a total insult. I will never step foot in that place again. The husband of Tammy told my son n law to F~~~ off. How very rude. All I can say if you buy a gift receipt make sure they fill it out…
