The food and service was excellent. I will definitely dine again. The pizza has a nice and crispy crust; the pastas were all delicious and flavorful. Dined on a Wednesday and it was packed! I recommend making a reservation for dinner.
Mama Ricotta’s was exceptional! My wife and I both had the best pasta that we have had in some time! We called and got take out but upon pickup were wishing that we would’ve stayed! The smells inside this place were intoxicating! I got the ravioli in butter and sage, my wife got penne al vodka with gluten free noodles, and a house salad. It’s difficult to find good gluten free pasta but my wife claims this was the best that she has ever had! Run, don’t walk to Mama Ricotta’s if you love Italian food!
The bread and oil was absolutely amazing!!! Would 100 percent be happy to just eat the bread and oil here. Great waitress, very informative and nice. The food was great, I've never had Italian food before and this gave my husband and I a long food coma as soon as we got to our car. We couldn't get up for 2 hrs, and still felt sluggish after 2 days 😂. The bread pudding was the best.
Chicken Parm was good. A little too much sauce made my bread soggy but everything was fresh which is a pleasant change recently. Rolls, salad, soup and fettuccini Alfredo were also very good. Affordable prices
We found this restaurant on Google and it is BETTER than we expected. My meal was THE BEST I’VE EVER HAD!! #truestory #imafan First, our server Tara was amazing! Ask for her! Her smile is contagious and lights up the room. And she had the best suggestions. She immediately brought bread and oil to our table. The oil had the best flavor and perfect seasonings. I told her that I like a cocktail on the sweeter side, and she recommended the ROMA PALOMA• “Corzo reposado tequila, Aperol, grapefruit juice & soda. Cures bad moods.” It was delicious! Excellent recommendation. We ordered the Bruschetta. “This popular crusty bread appetizer, topped with chopped Roma tomatoes, garlic and fresh basil.” Absolutely amazing! Super yummy. I asked Tara‘s recommendation for dinner and she suggested the CHIANTI BRAISED SHORT RIB • “12-hour, slow-braised short rib over potato gnocchi, cipollini onions and local kale.” Do yourself a favor and go ahead and order this. It is the best meal I’ve ever had in my entire life time. I thought ribs had to have a bone in them, but no!! So tender, juicy, and flavorful. And then there’s gnocchi. The only gnocchi I’ve ever had came from the Olive Garden. Olive Garden wishes their gnocchi tasted like this. And the kale was amazing, I’m not always a fan of kale, but this is magic kale. And there was some kind of PERFECT sauce, I had to stop myself from licking the plate clean. My husband ordered Spaghetti with Meat Balls “Organic spaghetti with American wagyu beef and Kurabuto pork meatballs braised in Mama's tomato basil sauce.” The meatballs were light with the most delicious flavorings. It wasn’t a typical meatball. It wasn’t dense, the flavor was wonderful, well seasoned, the spaghetti sauce wasn’t your typical spaghetti sauce. It was made with forethought and care.
