I sold a rental property and this firm was chosen by the purchasing realtor to handle the closing. They mistakenly signed over the deed to my business with the rental property. When I was made aware of the error by the purchaser of the property (who thankfully is an honest person), it took 3 weeks to get a response from the firm. I was told it was corrected only to find out by another party 2 months later that it was not. I reached out again to the firm and was told in an email from the closing attorney that this was to be handled by a paralegal, making me feel as though I was bothering him. After another 2 weeks of no follow up as promised and reaching out to the firm multiple with no resolution, I contacted my attorney to get this resolved. It cost me several hundred dollars to get this firm to correct their egregious legal error. There are many options for closings and I would strongly advise against using this firm for their error and nonchalance in correcting their error.

This place sucks. Miscalculated my mortgage causing a shortage. What the hell to I pay them for if they can’t perform the tasks they are supposed to. Do not go here! All they did for me was an empty sorry.

Had a great closing experience. I really felt Maggie was in our corner and making sure we were aware of all requirements. They wanted us to be comfortable and informed during our closing before proceeding at any step.

My real estate transactions with them have been excellent. They are responsive which is huge for me, and very professional and friendly. Having multiple locations is also an added benefit when conducting closings in multiple surrounding cities. I highly recommend.

Maggie was an absolutely wonderful closing attorney - highly recommend without hesitation! She helped us finish the process on such a wonderful note at the very end of a long and stressful few months of home buying.
