The quality of installation was great, installers were great, and their template team was spot on with measurements. Prices were great and beat the competition.

Monica was awesome and the selection can’t be beat. I went to 3 different granite stores and this one won me over due to how easy it was to see and shop their granite collection—super organized and straight-forward, with upfront prices displayed. Monica handed me a price sheet and left me alone to view the options which was so nice to have space to think and not feel rushed/pushed. When I chose my granite she could tell I wasn’t 100% sold and she recommended a similar pattern which I ended up choosing instead and it was perfect. I got my 3 bathroom countertops done in Oct 2020 in Luna Pearl and my kitchen done in Feb 2021 in Silver Sparkle. Purchased sinks from MC as well. Removing 1 star as the bathroom installers came several hours late (not a deal breaker, it happens), however they were so late that I turned my water back on. When they got here they started immediately but flooded my bathroom floor & bedroom carpet when they disconnected the plumbing. I wish they’d checked the water first before starting, but do acknowledge that was my fault too. I did not have the same issue with the kitchen, that install was flawless. Overall I would recommend them and would use them again!

MC Granite exceeded my expectations with exceptional service and product. MC Granite was the last of 4 companies I visited, and I was won over by the receptive welcome (I visited an hour before closing), great selection, and the clean and orderly process to view & choose. The price was very reasonable and even though the price came in just slightly higher than another company, the awesome customer service and the turnaround time sealed the deal! Monica cleared up my confusion between granite, quartz, quartzite, and marble. But for the fact that I knew the color family I wanted, I could have stayed there for days looking at their huge selection. I walked in only wanting a vanity countertop and left with a quote for the vanity + kitchen countertops. Monica was helpful with every step along the way – the template team showed up on time and was magnificent, and the installation by Jose and his coworker was stellar. I purchased their vanity and kitchen sinks which are far superior to anything the box stores have to choose from. I could not be happier!

My experience here was nothing short of amazing. This was my 3rd stop in search of countertops for my kitchen. Monica made the experience easy and explained everything well. She was very hands on and made my experience less nerve-racking. The pricing beat all other quotes and I love the way my kitchen turned out. The installers were amazing as well. All around perfect 10!!!!

Our countertops are gorgeous. Jessica was extremely helpful in deciding what would look good. The workmen were courteous and professional, and the final outcome was fantastic. Although there was one hiccup in scheduling, it was quickly resolved.
