Attorney Steve Medlin recently prepared for me a Living Will, Power of Attorney, and Medical Power of Attorney. We had an initial consultation where we discussed my family and my wishes. He then prepared draft documents for me to review. And, then we met to sign the final documents. We have used Medlin & Medlin several times in reference to land transfer, such as buying, selling and transferring property. Mr. Medlin has always followed our request to the letter, giving us directions on what is proper and lawful.
On a couple of occasions, I had gone to the government center to get information and permits and what I would have to do or what was already completed, when I mentioned Mr. Medlin, I was informed that if he was the Lawyer on the job I need not worry it was or would be done correctly and completely.
My wife Maureen and I have known Mr Medlin over 20 yrs. He is the most honorable man and we both have the greatest respect and would always use him.
