Absolute best carpet cleaning service! It was easy to schedule and they arrived on time. Pete was very detailed which I appreciate! Definitely will be using Mercy Carpet Cleaning and Restoration for all future needs with my carpets and area rugs and recommending to everyone!

They did an amazing job!! I really wish I would have gotten before and after pictures. I had them clean 3 rooms in my mothers house, after her rescue dog ruined her carpets by constantly peeing everywhere. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets wasn’t even sure he was going to get good results bc of how bad it was but he didn’t give up and was so kind in the process. Not judgmental and genuinely wanted to help me get the best results. And he did just that. They looked almost like brand new carpets when he was done. I would recommend this company many times over. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they were the best price I found. He didn’t try to up charge with 7 different things when he came in. What they quoted me initially is what I paid. I will use them only from now on.

Pete and Lesia did an outstanding job on our carpets. Prompt, on time, excellent priced and we couldn't be happier with the stains they were able to pull out due to both of our animals being sick this past week! Highly recommend anyone in need of their services!

Honestly, WOW!
Peter was Meticulous Thorough. He cleaned the carpets, removed some pet stains, cleaned the baseboards. Make recommendations on cleaning our luxury vinyl tile flooring.
I never used them before, I selected them because they were local and I wanted to give my money to someone local.
I will never use another company.
