Moved in recently and bad experience since day one, paying about $1900 close to 2000 in rent and its like living in the projects smh. first I paid a fee for the apartment to be inspected and whoever passed it needs to be fired. Nothing was clean, floors stained with paint and compound, cabinets are old and dirty, I've had no heat coming to my room the first 12 days living here , basically still lil to no air flow in my room. A draft coming in from somewhere. And a Leak in my kitchen sink. Still have a list of whats wrong with this over priced place, but im stuck for the year.

Sheryl is our neighborhood's property manager and she is great! She always responds quickly and she guides us as we navigate our HOA duties. She's enjoyable to be around too. So lucky we have her to watch over our neighborhood.

I won’t post my whole story here in detail, but Ms. Morgan spends her time driving by our neighborhood way too often and takes pictures of houses which she deems to be Violations. Her colleague also told me to ‘F-Off’ on the phone. I wish the HOA I lived in would seek another management company.

I spoke with Sheryl at Morgan Property Management today and was so impressed with the great service provided that I had to take the time to publicly say so. I was able to speak with her (no machine) and received a resolution immediately. Thank You for the 5 Star Service provided!!

I've had to spend way too much time trying to correct incorrect statements. They instructed me to obtain bank statements costing me more than $100. When the bank statements proved their statements were incorrect they blamed it on the software and refused to pay for the bank statements. I do not recommend this management company for any HOA.
