The nail technician I see is names “B”. His attention to detail is incredible. B works fairly fast and it does not change the quality of his work. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. The pedicures are also really good and anyone can do them.

I’ve been here a couple times and I don’t recommend. The last time I got a gel pedicure & one of my toes polish fell completely off, so I had one bare toe. Then the LAST time I was there to get my eyebrows done, they were not done at all. I got in my car, found a different waxing salon to do my eyebrows correct, & I called Nami about the bad service. I really didn’t wanna go back but they recommended I did, so I did. A different lady arches/waxed them & the shape was way better…. Except I have 2 cuts on my eyelid. Save your time, money, & energy and go else where.

I like this nail spot! It's clean, great location, reasonably priced, short wait time and friendly! Thanks Nami Nails! I will be back in 2 weeks!

I wouldn’t recommend. Even if you are in a jam- go elsewhere! there’s a lot of other nail salons nearby.
I came in for repair of chips from nails done by them 2 weeks ago.. it no wonder why chipped because there was a warped bubble that I noticed after the 1st time they were painted- sure enough ,that bubble in the painted nail made a chip.
Anyhow they charged $5 to repair and weren’t friendly or apologetic. And I notice again that there is warp in the painting (see photo) . I don’t have the energy to complain. I tipped well the first time, but at this point, feels like not worth it.
Spend your $$ elsewhere.. I would actually advice not going back for repairs either with their attitude. Just go elsewhere worth it to have better service !

I thought I had a good report with young lady doing my pedicure until she left me siting in chair after she polished my toes. (10 minutes later).A co- worker of hers after seeing what was happening said she would go ahead and put the shoes that they give you on and put me under the dryer. I must have sit under the dryer about 15 minutes before I asked a older blonde lady doing a pedicure next to me if she thought I was dry. (Still the young lady that did my pedicure never came from the back) The blonde older lady hollered down the row to a red headed lady sitting in pedicure chair( talking in their language). Red head in turn came down and I told her that I wanted a manicure. Wow did she get an attitude, I assume it is because she had to finish up her co- workers work. She motioned for me to get in the chair and said “you need to pay now”. I gave her my card and before I could get to the desk, she had rung up my card not asking what type of manicure I wanted, if I was leaving a tip. Nothing and handed me the receipt and went back to seat at table, waiting on me to return. I got a French manicure in 5 minutes. Then I see the young lady that did my pedicure go to what seemed like an appointment never making eye contact with me. After the 5 minute manicure, I was told that I could leave she walked off and went back to her original seat in pedicure chair and got on her phone. Not looking my way! I then had to go get my shoes from pedicure chair( dirty water from my pedicure and scrapings still there not cleaned up) then had to go to drying station to find my keys. No help, attitudes, POOR customer service!!! And get this my French manicure was gone by Saturday, this was on a Thursday afternoon. I would not recommend this place. I know quite a few people that go here! I will be contacting them!!!
