Avoid at all costs. I had an almost $3000 deposit taken for a variety of excuses. Over $1200 was "labor," almost $500 for "cleaning fee" (we keep our home extremely clean), while the rest were mostly charges the landlord themselves should have fixed while we were at the property such as "a toilet sounding like it's running" ($20 fix charged at over $200). Several maintenance requests went completely ignored during our rental period. We had to pay a HVAC monthly fee and not a single filter was ever mailed to us in 2 years of renting. I was also called and emailed dozens of times by their management after my lease was already over because the property owners didn't know basic information about their property such as who serviced them for trash pickup. We always keep our place extremely clean, so having an entire $3k deposit taken for absolute lies is super frustrating. They're extremely bad at property management. I would strongly urge any renter or property owner to stay far away.
To any property owners that are reading this. Know that Northpoint never once inspected the property in the 2 years that I lived there. Never once sent HVAC filter replacements. Maintenance requests that were answered took weeks to be resolved. It's extremely clear that they are willing to do as little work as possible with no care about the property they're supposed to be managing.
This should be obvious but I'm reviewing this under a different name as I'm tired of them contacting me. I had to ask them to stop contacting me several times for basic questions they should know. I don't need additional harassment over an honest review.

I have been working with Morgan DeProfio for more than a year now - she has been awesome to work with. Her service is very professional with excellent personal touches. I found Morgan this year because a friend (her client) recommended her. I had a hard time to rent out my house for almost two months with the previous realtor and then asked Morgan for help when it was already the last minutes in that month. Morgan was so good and helped to find a great tenant immediately to move on the 1st of the next month so that I did not have any gap to lose money. Morgan is always very responsive and a very good communicator. She even replied to my text msg quickly during the evenings and weekends! It had been very smooth to work with her. She also rented out our other houses later very quickly and smoothly. I will definitely want to work more with Morgan more in the long run.

Morgan has been my property manager since 2017. She is so nice, always be patient and friendly even when helping me deal with my picky HOA. She is very professional, helping me take good care of my house, fixed any problems on time to avoid further damage. Morgan, I really appreciate you did a great job!
