Hello, I like to write this review as landlord for renting and managing my property by Mr David and his firm. David and his team have offered at par service and always there for me to listen to me and support both tenants and property owner. At time’s to support his clients even fiduciary duty is towards landlord, David and his team went above and beyond to help only only landlord but also tenants per their personal situation. David and his team are tough at times as they play by rules and meticulously weigh the situation and try level best to support both parties without any personal loss. Thank David and Paradise team!

We moved into a nice home managed by Paradise Realty & Property Management in Charlotte around 12/20 and contacted them about a couple of maintenance items that were of concern. Eddie called almost immediately to schedule an appointment to come by. He arrived on time and fixed everything quickly. Since then they installed a gas log appliance into our fireplace in the living room, and did a great job. I have had a couple of other contacts with them and they have been very responsive and nice. I think they are a winner.
This company is pure garbage! We tried to rent a home from them that we really wanted but they would NOT pick up the phone no matter how many times we called to ask questions and insisted on only responding by email and text. Very unprofessional. They were also requesting very sketchy methods of payments for deposit and rent. Their only method of putting in a maintenance request if ever needed is by filling out some email form on their webpage. Forget calling them and reaching ANYONE. All these positive reviews definitely appear to be fake. Do NOT use this shady company.
