This company is a scammer, we paid $240 for the application of four adults, they asked for proof, letters and more letters. After two weeks that we were approved, there was no available property. then we applied with amarican home 4 and the process was the opposite. super easy, very professional... I recommend this company.

This company has accommodated me and my family in multiple ways and I'm very appreciative of it. They have been patient and understanding and that means a lot to me. They have fixed every issue that I've had with the house and got the proper maintenance done. I have never rented a home through a property management company before, just landlords directly but I would totally rent from them again

She is friendly, responsive, positive and always available to assist when needed. working with Park Avenue has been a breath of fresh air as compared to previous property management companies I have worked with. I just moved out and away from a rental company that shall remain anonymous. This company was an absolute wash. For five years I wasted my money and patience with them. I applied for the home with Team SOHO and was moving in within a week. Upon moving in, I emailed them about some issues that the house had upon our arrival. The issues were quickly resolved. They always respond to my emails in a timely and professional fashion. I haven’t been their client for very long, but I am beyond pleased with how they’ve conducted business with me thus far.

Park Avenue Properties has been helping me oversee my rental property for years and has done a fabulous job on my behalf. I’ve never had a problem whatsoever and when the occasion called for, they have gone above and beyond for me. I strongly recommend Park Avenue Properties!
