Absolute worst property management company to deal with. Never cashed my hoa dues check. Dropped in front door of their office the day it was due. Never got a bill saying they “didn’t receive my payment”. 8 months later they placed a lien on my home and informed me I owed all these fees. But never sent another bill in the course of those 8 months. Do yourself a favor. Avoid them at all costs. Con artists
Rented from them 2019 and went COVID came everything shut down. We went back to work to only work 8 hours a week. I spoke with them about this matter and also I was not the only tenant behind. I was told to pay whatever I could and that they would place me on a payment plan. THAT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED BECAUSE THEN OF COURSE I GET A COURT LETTER. There was a law placed that you CANNOT EVICT TENANTS IN THE STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA during COVID. Well in October 2020 I was evicted a month before my lease was up anyway. I was told if did not leave before the 31st of October I would be escorted out by a sheriff. I moved out within a couple days…just to receive an email on the day I was actually suppose to move out at the end of my lease asking if I had moved out already. I dropped the keys off at the place just for them to say I never returned the keys. It was placed on credit then removed so I have no idea what this company is on but it’s certainly not honesty nor do they care. Plus the condo was infested with spiders, roaches & other bugs. Oh yeah not to mention the upstairs neighbors AC was leaking into my apartment & caused mold to form. I’ve been sick ever since so thank you pindell Wilson for your hospitality
P/W is very faithful taking my monthly rent money via auto draft from my bank. But P/W is terrible at returning calls or emails or texts from me regarding issues that I have with the house. When all else failed at least you could go by the office and talk to someone. But not now, no one is ever at the office.
Very unprofessional organization! They are only interested in collecting your money. They give hard time to resident with implementing unfair parking rules. They would impose unlawful self made rules and policies so that they could fine residents and collect more money. Their service are none to second. I’d never buy a house knowing this HOA is the existing management.
I have to say that since I bought my townhouse 6 years ago, I've been happy and impressed with the HOA management company. When I was purchasing, there were a few things that came up on the home inspection that were exterior issues. When brought to their attention, they had everything taken care of within a week. Anytime I've called, I've been able to talk to the right person and my concerns/questions have always been addressed. We don't have many amenities here, but the property is well maintained which is a major reason in deciding what to purchase. I don't live here full time, but I have no complaints. When they raised the HOA fees (first time in my 6 years), it went up $7 - which made sense to me.
