Clarkston with PMI has been great to work with. He helped us to rent our home in Huntersville when we moved out of town and then was our listing agent when we sold a year later. Our home sold quickly thanks for his efforts. He takes the time and care to work with his client's needs and gave us excellent advise through both the rental and sale process. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a personal consultant and advisor with both rental property listings.

I have rented apartments from a number of different places, some independent landlords, some companies. My experience with Clarkston Hines/PMI Charlotte has been the best I've found so far. He's very responsive and helpful when I have questions. Dealing with leases and rent and all that is not fun and rarely is it easy, but PMI Charlotte has provided the most seamless rental experience I've had in Charlotte so far. Would definitely recommend.

He really treats his clients like family and you can tell right away.
