This company could care less about your home. Our community is still being built and they constantly blame the builder for anything and everything to advert any responsibility from themselves. The grass in the development is close to just dying off and they could care less if your yard turned into mud and washed away. Private HOAs are worthless parasitic middleman companies that add no value to society. Can’t wait to sell this place and not have to pay this worthless company anymore of my hard earned money. All they do is sit in an office all day and make phone calls and read emails all day.

Worst management company. Would give zero stars if possible. Financial statements inaccurate, property manager does not answer homeowner questions, don’t enforce governing documents, provides inaccurate information when given, in nearly a year managing community the monthly HOA Board Meeting agendas have been wrong a majority of the time, fails to follow up on issues, the list goes on. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Worst ever. I contacted Lindsay Selkirk at the Raleigh office to complain about my neighbors yard. It looks horrible and a hot mess. She actually had the nerve to come back to me and tell you that they are allowed to display Christmas Decorations. Now is it me or do these look like Christmas decorations when they are always deflated. This is not ending here!

UPDATE: Here we are two weeks later and the grounds crew just drove onto MY PROPERTY and dumped their green waste…AGAIN!! Monique Taylor stated she “escalated the issue” to the manager in charge of the grounds crew, but either she didn’t or they chose to ignore it. Either way, PPM is in charge and contracted this grounds crew - and could fire them. I hope PPM loses its contract as our HOA now. HOA’s are not worth anything if no one is enforcing any standards…and they are trying to raise the cost of the grounds crew by thousands of dollars per year!
I caught (on video) a worker contracted by PPM dumping yard waste in sMY backyard!!! These are the standards that PPM is employing. This is beyond unprofessional…it’s disrespectful, rude, and I hope this guy loses his job.
