Recently met with Providence Wills and Trust to review our binder(s) for the set up of the LLC and final step of funding our Trust. Can't say enough about the staff at PW&T. Rhiannon has always been so friendly and diligent in making our appointments with Zachary and Bridget and sending friendly reminders regarding those dates. Bridget has been very professional, friendly and detail-oriented with all of our paperwork and answering all our questions throughout the process. Sarah, a new employee was very alert as she learns her new responsibilities. We can tell she is a "keeper". I chose this office because of their 5 star review rating and they did not dissapoint. Richard Fox is a great attorney and could not have asked for anyone better to prepare our Living Trust. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a great easy going personality and took the time to answer all my questions. Rhiannon and Bridget were both excellent as well and they made sure the whole process ran smoothly. This had been something I have been putting off for a while because of how overwhelming it seemed. Richard Fox gave my wife and me excellent service when we endeavored to modify our existing living trusts. Although the changes were not complicated he did point our other deficiencies with other personal documents which we also updated. His assistant Jennifer was also quite helpful in with all the administrative details to ensure the meetings with Mr. Fox went as planned. Zach was very kind and clear in his explanation of the options we had, and he was patient with all of our many questions. The drafting was very well and promptly done, and Jennifer, the office manager, was always quick to return phone calls and emails. I found their fees to be very reasonable, as well. They prepared several documents for us and were so helpful in the decision making process regarding a revocable trust, wills, healthcare powers of attorney and living wills. They are knowledgeable and make themselves available to help with any questions or issues that arise.
