Gene is a great property manager. As a property owner, I feel that he has already gone above and beyond what many larger companies might do. He genuinely cares about the experiences of both the owner and the tenant which is great. From the house being clean enough to making sure I get every piece of mail sent to my old home, he makes sure no details go unnoticed. Gene also has a construction background and has saved me money by helping with a few smaller things that would’ve cost me a lot. He is communicative, reasonable and not pushy. I am now living a few states away but do not worry because I know things are being taken care of. I would highly recommend Gene if you need someone to manage your property.

My property manager, Gene Shelley, has been a tremendous asset. The property he manages needed a completely new septic system involving a county environmental engineer, removal of multiple trees and their root systems, and took months to complete. Gene proved invaluable running interference with the tenant. That project aside, Gene has always been prompt, knowledgeable, and keeps my bottom line in mind. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing property management.

Gene and Real Property Management took over our rental house after we had been dealing with a terrible rental company for 1.5 years. Gene immediately fixed issues that the first rental company ignored for years. He was responsive, professional, kind, personable, and so helpful. He would drive way out of his way in the middle of the day to fix issues we had, and he was so kind to our kids when they wanted to watch him fix things. I wish he could have been our landlord from the beginning! We highly recommend Real Property Management!
