We have only lived in our RentSafe property for a little over a month, but just in this short time, Tori has gone above and beyond many times to make sure that we love where we live. Gie has also been very helpful and always quickly responds to my emails. Our property has had some issues that required maintenance and we even needed our entire refrigerator replaced, but Tori worked tirelessly to find us a replacement refrigerator and provided me with prompt and relevant updates about her progress with replacing the fridge. Eventually she ordered us a brand new one from Best Buy, which we are very thankful for. Yes, the property did have some issues when we moved in, but honestly that is to be expected with rental properties and we are very satisfied with all of the solutions that RentSafe has provided so far. RentSafe responds to and schedules maintenance requests in a very timely manner and they even follow up after the work is done to make sure that we are satisfied with the solution. The vendors that they send out to fix/inspect issues are always very friendly and helpful too. We are happy with RentSafe so far and I feel thankful to have a property management company that cares about making sure that tenants are happy in their homes.

Shawn and Kyle have both been wonderful to work with.
However, recently, they joined up with Popular Homes, and Popular Homes has been a nightmare to work with. I attempted to reach Kyle, and there was someone on the phone who did not speak English well, and it had three attempts before they understood. Another time, the receptionist wanted to ask so many questions reguard the reason for my call. It was ridiculous ๐. I am a busy Nurse Practitioner Practice and I don't have time to answer 20 questions when I leave a message. Another time, I attempted to call, and I was notified i was 1 in line to have my call answered. I held on for over 30 minutes only to be told they didn't have anyone to take my call and hung up on me. Iive in Hawaii - we are 6 hours behind you, and it is hard to connect due to the time difference.
If I were rating Popular Home, they would be a negative 10. If I didn't already know Rent Safe, I would be tempted to cancel our property management contract by the treatment I have experienced by Popular Homes.

Our company has been doing renovations and turnover work for this company. Everyone at Rent Safe has been excellent to work with. Communication in this industry and ours is essential. I would highly recommend this company!

My husband and I relocated out of state. He, against my better judgment decided to use Kyle F. as our property manager. We explained we wanted our property rented within the month. He assured us it would be; due to his lack of professionalism and laziness he did nothing but take the many applications fees. Why rent out the home or conduct any real work and I can live off of application fees. He never returns calls or emails timely. We noticed from one of our analytics he sent on the home that someone who viewed the home said โ beautiful house but there was dead bugs in the entrance way from being empty. We asked Kyle to check on the house and conduct any cleaning that needs to be done since it sat for 2 months. He claimed he went to tidy it up. No, he had no idea we were coming back in town to check our property the very next day. The home had grass 4 ft tall, it was a mess. Those same dead bugs were still there, plus we had an HOA complaint about the disastrous landscaping.
Of course we fired him, please donโt waste your time and energy on this so called property management scam. Bad thing is we have to pay him 500.00 to get out of this scam. Learn from our mistake
