I am very appreciative of RPM Property Management's response to the emergency plumbing issue my neighbor and I had at our condominium complex last week. Once they knew when we would be home they sent a very competent plumbing company here to fix the problem. JD Service Now Plumbing came after hours that same day and resolved the most urgent issue, thank goodness! Then they came back the next day to fix the other plumbing problem we had, and even took the time to make sure the complicated issue was completely resolved. I am so glad that RPM was able to provide a professional and thorough plumbing service the same day.
I am an owner in Deacon Ridge Condominiums. RPM took over management of our complex a few years ago so I have had a chance to work with and evaluate this company. I have found them to be absolutely excellent in their customer service. When issues arise, whether it be something with building maintenance or a violation of community rules, they attend to the issue immediately. I have talked to a number of company representatives and have found all of them to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am totally satisfied with this company and hope that it continues to manage my community.
In my personal experience the staff have been very rude. Valentina seems to be particularly bad at communicating with vendors and residents. Once she had a tree removed without notifying resident who had the tree in her front yard until the morning of removal. When our roofs were replaced there were months of no communication from her even after we were told work would start. Suddenly one morning roofers appeared. This was during the pandemic and was massively inconvenient for people working from home. In my interactions she (and other RPM staff) has been generally disorganized and poor at communicating. I have asked several times to be added to the HOA email list and have my name fixed on their communications to my legal name (I got married in 2018 and asked a few times since then). I have many personal stories from myself and other residents of asking for things to be done and then never getting a response. *The threat of legal action from RPM has censored this post*
5 stars all around for the property management team and, of course, for Kim Slappe an extra 5 stars! Kim's kindness and caring along with property management knowledge and experience surely has changed this development. Her quick action and jumping in to solve concerns is so appreciated, especially with all the needs I have expressed. I find it very enjoyable to be able to relate in a human form over the phone or during an email exchange. Kim is a very dedicated individual and we'd be lost without her and the RPM team! Thanks for all you do for us here at Thornton!
I am the president of my HOA going on 2 years now. We changed from another company due to complete lack of effort, mismanagement of funds and no communication from the company. Since Kim took over our management for our HOA in Feb 2021, they have assisted us greatly in resolving legal issues and financial issues greatly. We have managed to change our budgeting for the better, cut out wasted funds, and optimize our saving in order to accomplish long term goals like roofing and even look into paving. Kim has been diligent, responsive, and does her best to keep up with the inundation of requests, concerns and communication from all of us on the board, as well as homeowners in our community. We have really enjoyed working with her!
