Thought this would be a great company to rent from but that’s totally not the case . Terry told me this is her favorite unit 🤮. Gave them $2175 . I was charged a high deposit but unit had mice in it and holes where mice was coming from behind cabinets and stove . Also the unit bathroom tile was missing grout and fell off the wall took them a month to fix which was patched with different color tiles . Unit blinds dirty , stove was old . And terry seem nice at the beginning but can get rude and nasty after you sign lease . If you one or two days late on rent they will evicted you just fyi . They are a very money hungry property management company . Mind you I only been here 2 months . Will not recommend this company . $1450 trash
Slow responses. Communication is literally your job and it shows a lot about the group as a whole. Took them 7 days to respond to an inquiry. And within those 7 days, I had already found a place, had my application accepted and verified, signed a lease, and in the process of moving in. Weird how having a responsive property management team can get so much done. If you are paying them to manage your property, think about how they just missed a potential renter just because they are unresponsive/slow/un-proactive.
I want to thank Rhyne Management for jacking yearly rental rates up. Was a blessing for me because in early 2000 the increasing rates caused me to buy before real estate maket went cra cra. And now I see the same properties they keep increasing every year! So thank you! I may have rented longer but you're greedyness ended up causing positve vibes in the end! So you want you're rates going up 25 or more every year? Rhynes your go too rental agency. 4 starts for responsiveness to be quick to raise my rent.
They enable slum lords to illegally evict elderly and disabled people. They use scare tactics to intimidate, evict, and intentionally confuse people about their housing rights. Such tactics include but are not limited to, entering your apartment without notice. They prey on vulnerable populations. They lie to public officials to expedite illegal evictions. Their lawyers lack ethics. They seek evictions when tenants ask for reasonable repairs. They lack human decency and compassion.
I rented a two bedroom apartment through Rhyne Management for the last two years. It was an older property but in good condition. Being older, there were some maintenance issues and Rhyne always responded quickly and fixed problems right away. Crystal was the person we generally interacted with (to sign the lease, mainly) and she was very nice and professional. The maintenance manager, Wes, was also professional and competent. Sadly, I lost my job because of Covid-19 but when things get better, I will definitely go back to Rhyne Management.
