If you have taken the time to read the other reviews and have still decided to rent from Rhyne, then you my darling are the foolish and naïve one. You've heard the saying, "when people show you who they are believe them"? You should believe the 2.9 rating that Rhyne has earned. After dealing with Debora and the M.I.A. Terry for 2 weeks and just getting the run around, I decided to look at the reviews. The overwhelmingly negative reviews confirmed my deep suspicions that this place is a net and fish operation. They take in many applications ($100 per person) with the full knowledge and deceitful intentions of not renting to you even before taking the application. Debora told me she was working on 20 applications. 20 X $100 = $2000+ (co applicants) Pocketed money for doing absolutely nothing. I have rented several places and it NEVER took 2 weeks to verify any of my information. My prior landlord told Debora I was a good tenant and would rent to me again. I've never been turned down for an apt. Good credit score. No evictions and I make 3X the rent but yet there's a fake made up problem that she cant do anything about. Now that's some shady ----. At this point and after reading the reviews, I feel I dodged a bullet. Its best that I don't rent from them. And honestly the quality of the properties are not worth the money they are asking. take heed

Thought this would be a great company to rent from but that’s totally not the case . Terry told me this is her favorite unit 🤮. Gave them $2175 . I was charged a high deposit but unit had mice in it and holes where mice was coming from behind cabinets and stove . Also the unit bathroom tile was missing grout and fell off the wall took them a month to fix which was patched with different color tiles . Unit blinds dirty , stove was old . And terry seem nice at the beginning but can get rude and nasty after you sign lease . If you one or two days late on rent they will evicted you just fyi . They are a very money hungry property management company . Mind you I only been here 2 months . Will not recommend this company . $1450 trash

Horrible experience. Me and a roommate rented from this company 6 years ago. I moved out and took my name off the lease but the roommate stayed. They unlawfully placed a judgment on my credit that was filed AFTER my name was removed from the lease. I’ve contacted the company and every time that I’ve spoken with Terry she was absolutely rude about the entire situation. She yelled at me for inquiring about taking this off of my credit. She stated that there was nothing more that she do, she was absolutely rude about the entire situation. I she yelled at me for inquiring about taking this off of my credit. She stated that there was nothing more that she could do about the situation besides, send me a letter. requested to speak with the manager and spoke with Sherry who is actually very pleasant to speak with about this manner. I usually Use companies that I am familiar with but because of Terry’s rudeness throughout this whole situation, I will never use Rhyne management a day in my life again. it’s been a year since working with this company on lifting this off of my credit and they still have no solution for an issue that they’ve created. Run don’t walk away from this company. Fire Terry and get more people like Sherry on the team.

My goodness terrible first impression! We thankfully aren’t renting from this company. The customer service from the leasing consultant today was just awful. She was just flat out rude and acted like every question I asked was stupid and couldn’t care less if we rented or not. Decided to look up reviews and see what was up and yeah, definitely my bad for even looking at a place with out checking out the reviews first. If this is how you are BEFORE you get any of my money, I cannot imagine how you are after. Steer clear!

I’m currently a resident with Rhyne management and I can really give them a five star! Anytime I need a maintenance request there on it ASAP never had an issue getting something fixed in my home! Thank you!
