Scammers! Try to charge all kinds of fees for nothing. Horrible management team. They don't work with customers at all. Not caring, harsh and selfish. Update! 1/10/2023 They harass members of the communities they manage for no reason. Example: Emails telling you to remove Christmas decorations when you have already done so weeks previously. They are stuck back in the 80's technology wise as well. I would not move in to a community managed by this company.
Rogers Property Management has been out property management company for the past 2 years. Debbie Rogers takes pride in what she does, answers the phone personally, and is quick to respond to homeowners and help them with their needs. She is very present and works with homeowners. She knows HOA law and is very professional and personable. Our neighborhood has made a complete 180 in terms of morale and overall satisfaction felt towards our management company in comparison to our last management company. I highly recommend Rogers Property Management for your neighborhood!
Our experience with Debbie has been nothing short of exceptional so far! We found her in a pinch, after an extremely unprofessional previous PM basically quit mid-eviction and had already cost us years of headaches and thousands of dollars in unanticipated costs. Debbie was proactive, professional, knowledgeable and respectful from the beginning, and has since more than proven her worth, including turning our rental situation around, getting quality tenants in our properties, increasing rents to proper market value and coordinating extensive renovations to bring our properties to modern standards. She is a valuable advisor about the regional real estate market and we never hesitate to consult her in decisions about our real estate investments. She is always ready to respond to emergencies such as repairs, and she has an established team of vendors who are responsive and competent. We are happy to have found her, and look forward to many more years of a fruitful partnership!
Set it and forget it, this is how I subscribe service from Rogers Property. Once I signed up with them I never worry about service and taking care of my property. They are all awesome and respond in a timely manner and handle all issues that may come up. I’m bless you have found them.
Very unhappy with this company. I applied to a property that they had available on both their website and Facebook on Thursday 2/17. I never heard back from them after several emails that I had sent to them regarding my rental application. Come to find out, the property had been rented and I would not have known unless I would have checked the Facebook listing. I was never once contacted by anyone from this company and that’s very unprofessional. I understand that rental properties are on a “first-come, first-serve” basis, but not actively responding or communicating with your prospective renters is highly unacceptable. Why list an information email on your website if you aren’t going to respond to it nor have access? Now, I am out of $100.00 because of am application fee which should’ve been refundable for not only courtesy on your behalf, but also because of you lack of urgency and effective communication. I was looking forward to renting from this company due to reading other reviews, but my experience was awful and upsetting.
