We just rented a home with this company and we were very impressed. Pia, the lady that we were in communication with, was absolutely amazing. She was always available to answer our calls and e-mails whenever we had questions. She was even super patient with my young son that came with me to meet with her. I can’t brag on her enough. The company made the whole process very easy. From the online application, to the self access to tour the home. It was all very convenient. We had an amazing experience with this company and I’d definitely encourage others to use them in the future!
First and foremost I have been with my complex for the past 5 years. Not once have I ever had a bad experience. Pia at the front office is AMAZING. She is the only person that I have spoken to that I recall and she is always so helpful and respectable. I have came to her with certain concerns and she responds promptly and gets it taken care of. If anything Ms. Pia deserves a raise. Rubec should be proud to have her. Thank you Ms. Pia for everything, I wish I could give her a big hug!!
Rubec Properties customer service was great. They are very flexible, I did my application out of state and the review was smooth. Pia maintains effective communication and keep you updated. I never had any issue with the management. Maintenance always reports promptly. Rent prices are affordable and they offer easy and flexible methods of payment. Overall, I had good experience.
The experience in getting an apartment was seamless! Ms Pia at Rubec Properties kept me informed of everything I needed to do every step of the way. She was so kind and professional without giving me the run-around. And the apartment was nice updates and clean.. 5 stars all the way.
All I can say is excellent service! Pia was a gem helping us out even though we didn't make it until right when the office closed(we thought they closed at 6p). She let us in anyways and didn't show a lick of being upset. That really goes a long way!
