I reached out to Sanchez Pressure Washing for a last minute power wash request for my home. They were very professional and was able to give a quote in a very timely manner. I was able to schedule for the very next day. He even offered to clean my gutters as well. I will definitely be using this company again in the future. 10/10 would recommend.

I'm repainting my business building exterior and needed someone to pressure wash the entire building to prepare it for paint. I saw a Sanchez Pressure Washing sign and gave them a call. Before the end of that day I was called back and was able to set up a time for them to come by and give me a quote for the pressure washing. After explaining the pressure washing process to me and giving me a very reasonable price for doing the work, we were able to schedule the work to be done within 5 days. When the day came, Erick showed up on time and worked hard until he finished the work of pressure washing my entire building. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job. He even cleaned up the paint chips that were washed off of my building in an effort to keep my parking lot clean. Erick was very courteous and did a great job for a very reasonable price considering how much needed to be pressure washed at my property. Thanks for the hard work Erick and I highly recommend Sanchez Pressure Washing
