For five years we rented property from Southern Group Property Management. In all of that time we never had any negative issues. The management was courteous, prompt, responsive, and went above and beyond to resolve all issues large and small to our mutual satisfaction. Particularly with repair issues, Southern group responded quickly, worked around our schedule, and ensured that repairs were well done. They even called afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied with the quality of the work. I 100% recommend Southern Group Property Management for rentals in the area. They make the houses they rent feel like true HOMES for the tenants.

My family and I have rented from Southern Group Property Management for the last 5 years. I cannot say enough about their team! Ewa was always prompt in responding to emails even if she stated she was busy and Reid made sure the maintenance issues were resolved quickly even if that meant contacting the homeowners directly and pleading the case for the tenants. My family and I are extremely grateful for the experiences we had while leasing from Sounthern Group. We will miss Team Southern and will always cherish our many memories! THANK YOU GUYS FOR EVERYTHING!

I have been working with Southern Group Property Management since early 2014 (over five years at time of this review). "Jim" has always answered the phone every time I call. If I email, he answers in less than 24 hours. He is the nicest, most positive person to communicate with. Jim found my tenant that stayed for this entire five years and managed my property throughout this timeframe. I also recently communicated with "Ewa" on many occasions when I started thinking about giving my tenant notice to vacate. She provided good guidance to me several times. Finally, upon gaining access to the vacated property again, "Reid" helped me in all the coordination of bringing cleaning staff, painters, etc. in order to help my mother move in. The entire organization has been top notch since the very first day I met them. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the company when I'm ready to sell my house in the near future!
